He also brought a slice of the Midwest to California with Chicago Pizza Kitchen, making his mark in the competitive SF Bay Area food scene.

After immigrating to Ontario, Canada, Spiros wasted no time in establishing a culinary footprint, opening two more Chicago Pizza Kitchen locations in Maple and Woodbridge within two years. But it was his innovative approach to catering that truly set him apart. Through his venture, Food Cabbie Bistro, Spiros brings live, on-site catering to life, offering dishes inspired by his travels across the United States. From intimate private events to grand corporate gatherings and unforgettable weddings, his cuisine always leaves a lasting impression.
